Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This page explains the cookies BandSlate sets in your browser and what choices you have. For broader privacy details, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser by the websites you visit. They let a site remember things like whether you're signed in or what choices you've made on previous visits.

2. How we use them

Essential cookies

These are required for BandSlate to work. You can't disable them without breaking core functionality (sign-in, session persistence, multi-tenant isolation).

  • Supabase Auth session (sb-*-auth-token) — keeps you signed in.
  • Cookie consent (cookie_consent) — remembers your choice on this banner so we don't show it every visit.

Analytics cookies

Optional. Set only if you accept them on the cookie banner. We use anonymized analytics to understand how features are used and where people get stuck.

  • Vercel Analytics — page views, load times, device types. No user-level identification.
  • PostHog — feature usage, conversion funnels, opt-in session replay (inputs masked).

If you select "Reject All" on the cookie banner — or your browser sends Do Not Track — analytics tools are not loaded at all. No script runs, no listeners attach, no extra cookies are written.

3. Your choices

You can change your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Reset the banner — use the button below. The cookie banner reappears on your next page load so you can choose again.
  • From your account— Settings → Privacy includes a "Reset cookie preferences" button.
  • Browser controls — most browsers let you delete cookies for an individual site or block them entirely.
